Well, as the world is continuing to change with technology, innovation and collaboration, engineering careers are dominating in pay for new college graduates. The Wall Street Journal’s recent article is encouraging.
If you are willing to work hard and go through the rigor of a college engineering curriculum, you still get paid handsomely.
I think it’s a reflection of value. Engineers are problem solvers at the core and there are plenty of problems to solve. It takes a disciplined mind and work approach and I think companies see this with all of the technical challenges they face.
Great to see the demand for engineering talent is high these days.
